Teachers & Administration

Gotham Tech High School Staff is driven by a commitment to

Equity - that serves those least served by conventional schools by opening doors and creating opportunities.

Diversity - of staff and students. Inclusion of the broadest range of people and ideas.

Engagement - that taps students' natural curiosities and is differentiated, scaffolded, and playful to engage students at the intersection of rigor and joy.

Collaboration - with students and peers is kind, gracious, and expressive.

Nurturing - individual students' humanity and ethics.

Learning - that is problem-based, useful, and empowers all community members to give back.

At Gotham Tech, our Instructional philosophy is that we believe that children learn best when teaching and learning are:

Student-focused and personal
Future Oriented
Problem-Based
Rooted in Design
Purposeful
