Which families will get the benefit?
Some special conditions have been set to avail this scheme. First of all, only those families have been considered eligible for this who live in Sacramento County. Apart from this, the selection has been done only from those families who live in six special zip code areas of Sacramento. At least one child in these families was required to be between 0 to 5 years of age.
